Ikan Gapi Earth Hour 2010

Yesterday, 27th March 2010, I went to celebrate Malaysia Earth Hour at Palate Pallete. It is not a place to club but more to a bistro. I went there with Nylea and Afif. Then I met other Camp 5 friends (Hakim, Zam, LiChen and Rauf) who have already arrived earlier before us. It was my first time going to P.P. and the crowd was sangat ramai! And of course in the kesempitan given by the event, I got to ushar many hot chicks there. Whew, cuci mata baik punya. The theme for last night in P.P was Reggae. Reggae = Bob Marley = Green, Red, Yellow. True?

There was fire poi performance where a group of youngster play with sticks, flexible kain, and balls which were on fire. Yeap, yang pusing2 kan benda2 tu pakai tangan then sembur2 api dari mulut tu. 4-5 guys behind the scene were playing the instrument and that made the crowd dance to the beat. Can't imagine the taste of kerosene inside my mouth. Bluwekk! The guys playing with the fire poi last night were those with 6 packs only. Mak aih! And there was a youngngirl doing solo performance. Memang teror la dia. The highlight of the performance was when a lady tourist, who I think already dah 'naik shaikh', dance in the middle of the performers like crazy, with a glass of beer in her hand, wanted to try to blow fire with the beer. The crowd was laughing at her and tak sampai beberapa minit performers itu ended their show. The lady was still in the middle and terpinga2 when the whole thing stopped. Bhahahah

Then we went inside the restaurant. The party started. All reggae, All so bob marley-ish. But the songs were very catchy. I was introduced to Li Chen. I've known her existence long ago but only last night I was introduced officially to her. She's a cute girl with strong spirit when wall climbing, of course. We left the place at 2am and went to Uptown Damansara. Also my first time going there. This time, I hopped into Roy's Jefio with Hakim. I told them a joke I made just before I went out that night. The joke was something like this:

My friend tell me to buat mulut ikan gapi. Since I have been always a playful friend, I answered him like this.. Instead of muncungkan mulut dan buat mulut ikan, I said "Ga..Pi.. Ga.. Pi.. Ga.. Pi.." Macam stail cikgu ajar anak murid, buka mulut besar and sebut.. And we were both laughing madly. (^_^)

I ordered coffee ice and kue teow goreng. At 3am, we headed back home.
